• It is specifically designed with its proper configuration of sanding heads succeeds to simulate manual sanding for special-shaped parts.

• At the first and second head, two lines of D component polish the surface as pre-sanding. The D components are composed of round discs with 360° rotary sanding and arc shaped 240# abrasive material.
• At the third and fourth head, two lines of C component is used for sanding the transverse grooves and engravings. The C components are composed of horizontal sanding rollers with 240# and 320# abrasive material. They have an oscillating movement for an effective sanding. 
• At the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth head, four lines of R component is used. The R components are composed of large spiral sanding rollers with specially shaped 180# and 240# abrasive material. They have an oscillating movement for a better polishing effect.
• Each sanding head has its own individual control switch, frequency controller and automatic lifting function. Program memory setting and start-up functions control the whole machine to simplify the operation process.
• The structure of the heads is designed to easily manage the replacement of abrasive materials. The round discs have quick plug system to save time and labor.
